Returns and Exchanges

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, lash products are strictly non-returnable once opened or used.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, including unopened products.

However, under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund if your item is: Faulty, Damaged on arrival, Incorrectly supplied, Not as described.

If you believe your item meets one of the above conditions, please contact us within 7days of delivery with your order number and clear photos for assessment.   

Items must be unused and in original packaging where applicable.
